There was always something about seeing women dressed in a Peter Pan Collar Sweatshirt or Jersey. Whether this was in town, or back in the day while flipping through a magazine, something about the style symbolised productivity. The clean, rectangular cut and white collar, lining the neck, while bits of white shirt sticks out at the ends of the sleeves or at the bottom, always looked feminine and intellectual. The perception was that no one wearing a Peter Pan Collar was messing about in life. They were all working towards achieving a goal and to elevate themselves, and that idea was motivating for me. Yes…I’m grown now, and I know that not every woman adorning a Peter Pan Collar is intellectual and they do not have to be. But I must admit, the style exudes something significant…borderline powerful. In this fit, I wore a Contrasting Peter Pan Collar Jersey with a pair of Skinny Jeans and Tan Brown Loafers. The look can also be achieved by pairing a Plain White-Collar Shirt and a Round Neck Knitted Jersey, where you can half-tuck in the shirt and leave the other half hanging out. And for the workspace, you can also pair the Peter Pan Collar with a High Waist Flare or Bootleg Pants. You can also select bright coloured Jersey’s like Green and Yellow, for a more modern look.

The outfit is an equivalent of people wearing glasses = smart people 😁, and also why do loafers only look good on certain feet and not others *coughs*. . . mine, no fair. I love the look on you 💛

It's funny how we always associate things with intelligence, if anything, that is "un" intelligent 🤣 😂..... But thank you🙏🏾
