Time and again, I have found myself sitting in my room the night before a day out- having a rough idea of what I plan to wear. Some occasions, I am fixated on wearing a specific pair of pants whereas other times; I am eager to wear a top that I have neglected for too long. And more times than I would like to admit, I find myself having to dress intuitively. I begin by styling my hair as planned before wearing the garment I have been fixated on. Thereafter, I begin to mix and match on a whim until a smile and playful admiration reflects from the mirror. And that is when one learns that through improvising on combinations, you find what works for you and looks good too! This week, I improvised my way to wearing a mismatched denim outfit, pairing a Blue Denim Shirt with Acid Wash High Rise Ripped Jeans, cinched with a Brown and Gold-Buckled Belt and White Sneakers- for what could be a 90’s inspired look.

To this day, I've only ever owned one denim shirt my whole like. I just feel hot when I look at it but maybe come winter I can explore.
